Company Name : Willware Technologies Role ; Senior Java JEE & Spring Backend Developer (Senior Consultant) Experience : 4+ Years Work Type : Freelancing | Contract Work Time : 2PM to 10PM or 3PM to 11PM Roles and Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and JEE technologies. - Build RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Framework. - Develop robust business logic and integrate with databases and third-party systems. - Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following coding standards and best practices. - Participate in system design, code reviews, and technical discussions. - Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve production defects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders. - Ensure application security, scalability, and high availability. - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery. Required Skills - 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development. - Strong expertise in Java, JEE (Servlets, JSP, JDBC), and Core Java. - Extensive experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security. - Robust knowledge of RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture. - Experience with Hibernate/JPA and ORM frameworks. - Proficiency in SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server. - Experience with Maven or Gradle build tools. - Strong understanding of Git and version control systems. - Familiarity with application servers such as Tomcat, JBoss, or WebSphere. - Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito. - Good understanding of design patterns, OOP principles, and secure coding practices.
