About the role
ServiceNow HRSD Architect / Lead Exp: 8+ years We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect / Lead with strong expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to drive enterprise ServiceNow implementations, solution architecture, platform governance, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should have deep handson experience in ServiceNow HR modules, integrations, custom development, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities Lead architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions. Define scalable, secure, and futureready ServiceNow platform architecture. Drive technical governance, code quality, platform standards, and best practices. Provide effort estimation, technical planning, and solution roadmaps. Lead onsite/offshore development teams and mentor junior developers. Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews. HRSD Functional & Technical Expertise HR Case Management HR Knowledge Management Employee Service Center / Employee Center Portal Enterprise Onboarding & Lifecycle Events Employee Document Management Performance Analytics for HR Employee Journey Workflows Required Skills 10+ years of IT experience with 6+ years in ServiceNow. Strong experience in ServiceNow HRSD implementations. Handson development and customization expertise. Experience in enterprise integrations. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Team leadership / technical lead experience. Knowledge of ITIL and HR processes.
