As a ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM Developer at WillWare Technologies, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules. Your expertise will be utilized in various aspects of the ServiceNow platform, including Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management, and core ITSM processes. Key Responsibilities: ITSM Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Management, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management. - Configure workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and catalog items. - Develop integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs. - Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance activities. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. ITOM Responsibilities: - Implement and maintain ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management, Orchestration, and Cloud Discovery. - Ensure CMDB health, governance, and data accuracy. - Configure MID Servers and troubleshoot Discovery issues. - Create and maintain Service Maps for business services. - Integrate monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, or similar platforms. - Support Event Management and operational monitoring initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development. - Hands-on expertise in ITSM and ITOM modules. - Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Flow Designer. - Sound understanding of CMDB architecture and Discovery. - Experience with REST/SOAP integrations. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
