About the role
Role Overview: As a ServiceNow Multimodule (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD & CSM) Developer at WillWare Technologies, you will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting enterprise ServiceNow solutions. Your expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules will be crucial in streamlining business operations and improving service delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Strong hands-on experience in the ServiceNow platform - Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and CSM modules - Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management - Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal, and Virtual Agent - Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow development - Experience in REST API, SOAP API, and third-party integrations - Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies - Strong problem-solving and communication skills Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development - Proficiency in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and CSM modules - Hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management - Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and Glide API - Familiarity with REST API, SOAP API, and third-party integrations - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies Additional Details: If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them.
