About the role
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency ) Must-Have - Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform development (JavaScript, GlideScript). - Experience with Now Assist capabilities, AI-driven development. - Proficiency in configuring & developing used cases in core ITSM/ NowAssist modules. - Strong understanding of web services (REST/SOAP) and APIs. Good-to-Have - Knowledge of JIRA & OMS with SNOW Integration Scenario - Familiarity with Service Portal and UI customization - Experience with Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs Certifications Required Good to Have : ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) SN Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role 1 Need to be able to operate build and run function on NowAssist independently. Combination of developer senior developer focused on NowAssist 2 Need to be able to operate build and run function on NowAssist independently.
