Job Description About Windborne Windborne Solutions is a boutique eCommerce agency specializing in crafting bespoke Shopify experiences for ambitious, design-forward brands. We partner with growing D2C businesses across UAE, US, UK, and India to create beautiful, high-converting online stores that blend smart design, intuitive functionality, and performance-driven strategy. Role Overview As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Windborne, you will be responsible for leading UI/UX design for D2C eCommerce stores end-to-end. You will design homepage, PDP, collection pages, cart, and supporting flows, build wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma, create banners, illustrations, and visual assets for client brands, maintain a high creative bar across all output, and more. Key Responsibilities - Lead UI/UX design for D2C eCommerce stores end-to-end - Design homepage, PDP, collection pages, cart, and supporting flows - Build wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma - Create banners, illustrations, and visual assets for client brands - Maintain a high creative bar across all output - Run discovery calls, design reviews, and feedback rounds with international clients (UAE / US / UK) - Translate client vision into clear design direction - Audit existing eCommerce stores for UX + conversion gaps - Recommend layouts, sections, and flows backed by D2C best practices - Brief developers on design implementation - QA design output before launch Qualifications Required - 35 years of UI/UX design experience, with a strong focus on eCommerce or D2C web design - Portfolio of 10+ eCommerce/D2C stores or web projects designed end-to-end - Figma expertconfident in design systems, prototyping, and component libraries - Strong understanding of conversion-focused design - Fluent in Englishboth written and spoken - Located in or willing to relocate to Jaipur for an on-site role - Hands-on Shopify experience is a strong plus - Familiarity with Liquid or willingness to learn theme architecture - Brand identity/visual design background - Experience working with UAE, US, or UK clients - CRO or A/B testing exposure Additional Company Details Windborne offers a competitive salary based on experience, direct ownership of your accounts and creative decisions, international client exposure, a real growth path to Head of Design/Creative Director, and a modern, focused workspace in Civil Lines, Jaipur.
