Job Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai Experience: 6+ Years (relevant HCM experience) Employment Type: full time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support projects. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 implementation projects . Key Responsibilities: Lead and participate in the implementation, support, and enhancement of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. Configure and customize Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet business requirements. Analyze business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis , and design system solutions accordingly. Collaborate with key stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams to streamline HR processes. Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions. Conduct user training and prepare documentation for business users. Stay updated on the latest Oracle HCM Cloud enhancements and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (Implementation & Support) in a Functional Consultant role Expertise in Payroll and OTL modules Excellent Fast Formula skills in Payroll and ideally OTL as well Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM data model, security, workflows, and personalization. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Mandatory - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with clients and teams. Mandatory - Experience of working directly with the customer business users/IT teams. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
