About the Role We’re looking for a Workforce Analytics Lead to build and manage the company’s Shadow Layer — the analytics backbone that powers utilization tracking, attendance health, and workforce stability.This role owns the creation of data-driven workforce intelligence tools, including utilization scoring, EOD bot metrics, idle-time alerts, and attendance risk flags, ensuring operational leaders have real-time visibility into performance and capacity health.
