Location - Bangalore/Hyderabad Experience - 4 to 8 years 5+ years of experience in AI-related roles, with a strong focus on OpenAI technology. Proven experience as a Data Scientist/AI Developer with expertise in machine learning and data science. Primary Responsibilities: OpenAI Model Development: Lead the design and development of AI models using OpenAIs technology, such as GPT-3, GPT-4, or other language models. Programming and Implementation: Write high-quality, productive code in Python for AI model development, with a strong focus on OpenAI libraries and frameworks. Algorithm Optimization: Optimize AI algorithms and models to improve performance, scalability, and accuracy, specifically in the context of OpenAI. Data Preprocessing: Implement data preprocessing and feature engineering for inputting data to OpenAI models. Training and Evaluation: Train, evaluate, and fine-tune OpenAI models using appropriate datasets and validation techniques. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate project requirements into technical specifications. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for OpenAI models, algorithms, and best practices. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members working on OpenAI projects. Secondary Responsibilities: Research: Stay updated on the latest developments in OpenAI technology, best practices, and emerging capabilities.
