Identity and Access Management Engineer

Engineer II - Identity & Access Management (3 to 6 years of experience in Identity & Access Management and Cloud Identity Engineering) Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise identity and access solutions across on-premises and cloud environments. This role demands expertise in identity lifecycle management, access controls, and directory services, with a strong focus on enabling secure, scalable, and compliant access to enterprise systems. You will play a critical role in strengthening identity-rst security and ensuring efcient access governance across the organization. Key responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions across cloud and on-prem environments Congure and maintain user identities, roles, and access policies Implement and manage RBAC and least-privilege principles Support Joiner, Mover, Leaver lifecycle processes Integrate applications with SSO, MFA, and federation systems Perform access reviews, audits, and compliance remediation Automate identity provisioning using scripting tools Monitor IAM system performance and security events Collaborate with InfraOps, Security, and DevOps teams Troubleshoot IAM-related incidents Create documentation and runbooks Technical Skills and Competencies: Identity & Access Management i) Azure AD / Entra ID, Active Directory, LDAP ii) RBAC, Conditional Access, Identity Governance iii) SSO, Federation iv) OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML Cloud & Microsoft Stack i) Azure IaaS / PaaS ii) Application and API integrations iii) Key Vault, networking basics Security & Compliance i) Zero trust and identity security principles ii) Access governance and audit processes DevSecOps & Automation (Good to have) i) PowerShell / Python ii) Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions iii) Terraform / ARM / Bicep (basic understanding) Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related eld Nice to Have: SC-300, AZ-500 certications Experience with PAM or Identity Governance tools Work location: Wipi India, Bengaluru.
