Application Architect

Role Overview: The purpose of your role is to create exceptional and detailed architectural application designs, provide thought leadership, and enable delivery teams to ensure exceptional client engagement and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Develop architectural applications for new deals or major change requests in existing deals, ensuring scalability, reliability, and manageability of systems. - Manage application assets and direct development efforts within an enterprise to enhance solution delivery and agility. - Guide the construction and assembly of application components and services to support solution architecture and application development. - Maintain frameworks and artifacts used in the implementation of applications, with a focus on the systematic architecture of the overall application portfolio. - Provide solutions for Request for Proposals (RFPs) received from clients, ensuring overall design assurance. - Develop a direction to manage the portfolio of to-be-solutions, analyze technology environments, and collaborate with relevant parties to review objectives and constraints of solutions. - Identify implementation risks and potential impacts, create new revenue streams within applications, and bring knowledge of automation in applications by embracing Agile and DevOps principles. - Understand application requirements and design standardized applications, create Intellectual Property in the form of services, patterns, models, and organizational approaches. - Design patterns, best practices, and reusable applications for future references, ensure system capabilities are consumed by system components, and provide platforms for standardized tools. - Coordinate input on risks, costs, and opportunities for concepts, develop customized applications for customers aligned with their needs, and perform design and code reviews regularly. - Work closely with team members to ensure successful production of application software, offer viable solutions for various systems and architectures, and seamlessly integrate new and existing systems. - Transform all applications into digital form and implement and evolve around mesh app and service architecture supporting new technologies. - Cloud Transformation: Understand non-functional requirements, produce artifacts such as deployment architecture, and identify internal and external dependencies. - Keep Up-to-date with the latest technologies in the market. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Strong experience in architectural application design, development, and implementation. - Proficiency in service-oriented architecture (SOA) and microservices. - Knowledge of modern technology trends and best practices in software development. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Certification in relevant technologies is a plus.
