BMC Helix Operations Management

Role Overview: You will be responsible for administering and configuring BMC Helix Operations Management with AIOps. You will monitor and analyze system performance using AI/ML-based tools, and implement predictive service management to proactively address issues. Your role will involve developing and maintaining workflows and automation scripts, performing root cause analysis, and resolving complex IT issues. Additionally, you will integrate BMC Helix with other ITSM tools and platforms, create and manage dashboards for real-time monitoring and reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service performance. Documenting processes and maintaining standard operating procedures will also be part of your responsibilities, along with providing technical support and training to users and IT staff.
