Job DescriptionRole: Senior / Principal Blockchain EngineerLocation: Hyderabad / BangaloreEmployment Type: FullTimeRole OverviewWe are hiring a Senior / Principal Blockchain Engineer with 5 to 12+ years of skilled experience to design, build, and deliver enterprise-grade, secure, and scalable blockchain solutions across regulated financial services and asset tokenization use cases. The role spans distributed ledger platforms, smart contract engineering, privacy-preserving workflows, and blockchain infrastructure, and may involve hands-on development, technical design leadership, or platform architecture depending on experience and project needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement blockchain-based applications for institutional finance, tokenized funds, and real-world assets, ensuring security, scalability, and regulatory alignment.Develop and maintain smart contracts and on-chain workflows, modeling real-world financial agreements with robust correctness, auditability, and access control.Build and integrate backend services and APIs (REST/gRPC, event-driven) with blockchain networks and enterprise systems.Implement privacy, security, and key-management patterns, including role-based access, secure signing, and cryptography-driven components.Deliver end-to-end solutions across development, testing, and production environments using modern DevOps practices.Proficiency in any one of the below stacks is acceptable:Canton/DAML privacypreserving, multiparty workflowsGo protocol / chainmodule / Cosmosstyle engineeringRust securitycritical or highperformance services (Polkadot/Solana/Stellar)Required Tech SkillsStrong programming experience in one or more of the following: Go or Rust or DAML.Exposure to microservices architecture, messaging systems, and cloud-native design.Backend: Java / Node.Js, REST/gRPC APIsSecurity: Experience with HSM/KMS integrations, PKI, or secure key management.DevOps: CI/CD, containerization, monitoring/loggingData & Messaging: Relational/NoSQL stores, Kafka/RabbitMQ equivalents .
