DEVOPS LEAD L2

Role Overview: As a DEVOPS LEAD L2 at Wipro Limited, your role is to lead the DevOps team in facilitating better coordination among operations, development, and testing functions by automating and streamlining the integration and deployment processes. You will drive technical solution support to align on continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) of technology in applications. Your responsibilities also include designing and defining the overall DevOps architecture/framework, deciding on the DevOps tool & platform, creating a tool deployment model, managing the IT infrastructure, and driving the DevOps pipeline that supports the application life cycle. Key Responsibilities: - Drive technical solution support to align on CI and CD of technology in applications - Design and define the overall DevOps architecture/framework - Decide on the DevOps tool & platform aligned with the customer's requirements - Create a tool deployment model for validating, testing, and monitoring performance - Define & manage the IT infrastructure as per the software code requirement - Manage and drive the DevOps pipeline across the toolchain - Tackle the coding and scripting needed for software release with minimum disruptions - Ensure onboarding application configuration from planning to release stage - Integrate security in the entire dev-ops lifecycle - Provide customer support/service on DevOps tools - Troubleshoot problems and perform root cause analysis - Develop alternate plans/solutions as per root cause analysis - Resource forecasting, hiring, and talent management - Set goals, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback - Lead and drive engagement initiatives for the team Qualification Required: - Mandatory Skills: AI for Cloud Native DevOps - Experience: 8-10 Years Join Wipro Limited, a leading technology services and consulting company committed to building innovative solutions and empowering employees to design their own reinvention.
