As a Program Manager at Wipro, your role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of a specific program or workstream within the company. You will be the primary point of contact for the program, driving strategic planning, interfacing with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful program delivery. Collaboration with multiple service teams, cross-functional teams, and managing client engagements are key aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary program point of contact and lead executive-ready governance cadence - Translate client objectives into a quarterly/annual program plan with milestones, interdependencies, and risk mitigations - Own contractual SLAs/OLAs, drive early-warning mechanisms, and establish SOPs and process controls - Ensure adherence to client and internal policies, maintain a live RAID register, and prepare for audits - Build and publish standardized metrics packs, convert operational data into actionable narratives for executives - Track financials, manage SOW baselines, and identify organic growth opportunities - Lead a multi-time-zone team, champion continuous improvement and capability building Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of progressive experience in technology project and program management - Excellent understanding of technologies and industry vertical domain areas - Demonstrated expertise in specified technology areas, risk management, and financial analysis - Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills - Domain familiarity with content operations, ads policy/review, support operations, or data quality programs is a plus Wipro is committed to creating an inclusive workplace and values diversity.
