Job description: Windows Server Admin Windows server admin Year of Experience: Minimum 5+ relevant years of exp Primary Skill Server Administration (Physical and virtual concepts) Physical datacenter Migration, troubleshooting issues for windows Secondary Skills Add on knowledge on Basic understanding on azure, VMWare Vconverter, AVS Key Responsibilities Server Administration: Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, and patch management, Troubleshooting issues. Migration Projects: Lead and execute data center migration projects, including planning, risk assessment, and post-migration validation. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of server configurations, migration plans, and procedures. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including network engineers and application developers, to ensure successful migrations and integrations (24 by 7 support is required). Security Management: Implement security measures to protect the infrastructure, including access controls and regular security assessments.
