EDI Business Analyst / Project Manager Retail EDI Location: Work from home From Home India Experience: 5+ Years Timings: 2 pm - 11 pm IST Job Summary We are looking for an experienced EDI Business Analyst / Project Manager with strong Retail EDI implementation experience. Candidates must have worked with major North American retail trading partners such as Walmart, Target, Macy's, Nordstrom, Kohl's, Costco, JCPenney, Dillard's, Belk, Ross, Burlington, TJX, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale's, or similar. Key Responsibilities - Manage end to end Retail EDI implementation projects. - Gather business and technical requirements. - Interpret retailer implementation guides and mapping specifications. - Coordinate retailer onboarding, certification, testing, deployment, and production support. - Work with business users, developers, QA teams, retailers, and trading partners. - Manage project plans, risks, timelines, and stakeholder communication. - Ensure successful production go live and compliance with retailer standards. Required Skills - 5+ years of experience as an EDI Business Analyst or Project Manager. - Hands on Retail EDI implementation experience with major retail trading partners. - Strong knowledge of ANSI X12. EDIFACT is a plus. - Experience with EDI transaction sets including 850, 855, 856, 810, 860, 820, 940, 944, and 997 or 999. - Experience with retailer onboarding, certification, and compliance testing. - Knowledge of AS2, SFTP, FTPS, FTP, HTTPS, VANs, digital certificates, XML, JSON, CSV, Flat Files, SAP IDocs, and ERP integrations. - Excellent business analysis, documentation, communication, and project management skills. Preferred Skills Experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, IBM Sterling File Gateway, OpenText, GoAnywhere MFT, BizMapper, Contivo, SAP IDoc, Oracle ERP, Jira, and ServiceNow. Note: Candidates must have hands on experience implementing Retail EDI integrations for large North American retailers. General EDI experience without retail implementation exposure will not be considered.
