Customer Success Engineer

Role Overview: As a PHP Developer at our company, you will be responsible for learning about our products, implementing minor features using PHP, and answering customer queries to provide satisfactory solutions. You will also engage in extensive QnA sessions with customers, coordinate with senior engineers to resolve bugs, and take end-to-end responsibility for closing support tickets. Additionally, you will be expected to generate new ideas, insights, and product improvements, document them, and eventually start shipping new features. Maintaining a jovial relationship with clients will be a key part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Learn about the products and implement minor features using PHP - Answer customer queries and provide satisfactory solutions - Engage in extensive QnA sessions with customers to clarify issues - Coordinate with senior engineers to resolve bugs/issues - Take end-to-end responsibility for closing support tickets - Generate new ideas, insights, and product improvements, and document them - Start shipping new features after gaining due experience - Maintain a jovial relationship with clients Qualifications Required: - Must have PHP experience - Excellent communication skills Additional Details: Candidates with a gap in their career but strong PHP experience are encouraged to apply for this position.
