About the role
You will operate as a Business Analyst/Product Specialist within an Agile framework. ResponsibilitiesElicit business and technical requirements using Agile methodologies, including user story creation and stakeholder interviews.Build and maintain partnerships between internal IT teams and business units.Contribute to project management, business intelligence, and data governance strategy discussions.Challenge assumptions to identify creative, value-driven solutions.Lead and advocate for continuous improvement in process and delivery.Required SkillsMinimum 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Product Specialist capacity focused on business process and data analysis.Bachelor's degree in MIS, IT, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field.Strong understanding of relational databases, capable of constructing and interpreting basic to intermediate SQL queries.At least 2 years of experience in asset management or the fintech domain in a product or R&D capacity.Experience with Agile methodologies.Proficiency in Data Analysis.Familiarity with Data Visualization.Preferred SkillsExperience working in a hybrid or remote Agile environment.Strong analytical mindset focused on delivering business value.
