Lead Java Developer (Min 12+ years exp needed & Immediate joiners)

Key Responsibilities Minimum 12+ years experience in Java Backend developementDesign, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring / Spring Boot / Hibernate).Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and thirdparty systems.Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization.Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following standard coding practices and design patterns.Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, DevOps, product managers, and other stakeholders.Implement security, performance, and scalability best practices in backend services.Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and deploy fixes and improvements.Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing within the team.Required Skills & Experience Strong handson experience in Java (Java 8 or above).Experience with Spring / Spring Boot for building RESTful services.Good understanding of API design, HTTP, JSON, and microservices concepts.Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and ORM tools (e.g., Hibernate/JPA).Familiarity with version control systems (Git).Experience with unit testing and integration testing (e.g., JUnit, Mockito).Solid understanding of objectoriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.Working knowledge of CI/CD concepts and build tools (Maven/Gradle).
