About the role
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Python.Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.Develop reusable, scalable, and maintainable code.Write automation scripts, utilities, and support components in Python.Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design.Troubleshoot application issues and perform root cause analysis.Work with QA, DevOps, Product, and other engineering teams.Support CI/CD pipelines, release activities, and production deployments.Ensure application quality through testing and best engineering practices.Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.Required Skills Strong hands-on experience in Java, preferably Java 8 or above.Strong working knowledge of Python for backend development, scripting, or automation.Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, or related Java frameworks.Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD tools.Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Experience with unit testing and integration testing frameworks.
