Position Name Networking Engineer L2 Experience Location Shift Timings Job Description We are looking for a Level 2 Network Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Routing & Switching and application delivery technologies such as F5 Load Balancer and Citrix NetScaler. The role involves operational support, troubleshooting, configuration, and performance optimization of enterprise network environments. Key Responsibilities Provide L2 support for enterprise network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/WLAN). Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Routing & Switching (Cisco/Juniper or equivalent). Handle incident, problem, and change management activities as per ITIL processes. Configure and support F5 BIG-IP Load Balancers (LTM, iRules – basic). Manage Citrix NetScaler (ADC) including: Virtual Servers Load balancing methods SSL offloading Health monitors Perform network troubleshooting for latency, packet loss, routing loops, and failover issues. Work with L3 teams and vendors for complex issues and escalations. Ensure high availability, performance, and security of network services. Participate in planned maintenance, upgrades, and migrations. Create and maintain network documentation, SOPs, and diagrams. Competencies COMMUNICATION SKILLS INTERPERSONAL SKILLS JOB KNOWLEDGE SKILL Key Skills Strong knowledge of Routing & Switching: TCP/IP, OSI model VLANs, STP, EtherChannel OSPF, BGP (basic to intermediate) NAT, ACLs Hands-on experience with Cisco switches/routers (or equivalent). Experience with F5 Load Balancer (LTM): Pools, nodes, virtual servers Load balancing algorithms Basic iRules understanding Experience with Citrix NetScaler / ADC: LB, SSL, monitoring, HA Network troubleshooting tools: Wireshark, TCP dump, SNMP, logs Soft Skills Qualification Certifications
