Senior Software Engineer

You have a position available for the role of SAP MDG Technical Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing new features in the SAP MDG application, testing and validating developments by others, creating prototypes of solutions when necessary, and providing support on Level 2 & Level 3. Additionally, you will be expected to offer insights into the capabilities of MDG within the context of potential use cases at Schneider Electric. Your experience should include working on implementation projects involving SAP MDG solutions for various masters such as Material, Customer, Vendor, Financial, etc. Furthermore, you should have knowledge in MDG process modeling, change request setup, change request step definition, S/4 HANA Migration projects, and supporting UAT phases and go-live periods of MDG implementation projects. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop new features in the SAP MDG application - Test and validate developments by others - Create prototypes of solutions when required - Assist in support on Level 2 & Level 3 - Provide insights into the capabilities of MDG for potential use cases at Schneider Electric - Work on implementation projects involving SAP MDG solutions for various masters - Experience in MDG process modeling, change request setup, and change request step definition - Knowledge in S/4 HANA Migration projects - Support UAT phases and go-live periods of MDG implementation projects Qualifications: - Over 5 years of experience with a minimum of 3 years in SAP MDG - Experience in ERP customization, data management, integration, reporting, system configuration, troubleshooting - Strong communication, interpersonal, and planning skills - Relevant certifications The company was established in 2000 in the US and has since expanded globally with offices in multiple countries.
