AI Solutions Engineer - Copilot Studio & Power Platform

As an experienced AI Solutions Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform technologies, your role will involve designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered agents, building advanced workflows and integrations, and integrating enterprise systems using Microsoft Graph API and custom connectors. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting live production agents, designing JSON schemas, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable automation solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio - Build advanced workflows and integrations using Power Automate - Develop and maintain Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) - Integrate enterprise systems using Microsoft Graph API and custom connectors - Create and manage knowledge sources, plugin/OpenAPI manifests, and orchestration flows - Troubleshoot and debug live production agents and automation workflows - Design JSON schemas and resolve parsing or integration issues in complex cloud flows - Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver scalable automation solutions - Collaborate with engineering and business teams for continuous improvements and deployment support Required Skills: - Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio - Advanced expertise in Power Automate - Experience with Power Apps (Canvas Apps & Model-Driven Apps) - Strong understanding of SharePoint lists, libraries, and permissions - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Graph API integrations - Expertise in JSON schema design and troubleshooting - Experience with HTTP actions, REST APIs, and custom connectors - Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Good to Have: - Middleware proxy patterns for Copilot Studio HTTP actions - Power BI knowledge - Prompt engineering and system prompt design - Experience in commercial real estate or enterprise workflow automation domains As an experienced AI Solutions Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform technologies, your role will involve designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered agents, building advanced workflows and integrations, and integrating enterprise systems using Microsoft Graph API and custom connectors.
