Senior Project Engineer

About the Role Wizpro Technovations LLP is looking for a dynamic and skilled Senior Project Engineer with hands-on experience in machine vision applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, system integration, solution deployment, testing, and successful execution of machine vision projects across various industrial environments. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end execution of machine vision projects, from requirement gathering to final deployment. Understand customer requirements and design appropriate machine vision solutions. Configure, program, and integrate machine vision systems, cameras, lenses, lighting, and related hardware. Conduct feasibility studies, proofs of concept (POCs), and system testing. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery. Perform on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of machine vision solutions. Prepare detailed project documentation, reports, and technical manuals. Provide technical training and support to customers and internal teams. Ensure timely project delivery with high quality and adherence to safety standards Required Skills & Qualifications BE in Electronics / Instrumentation / Electrical or equivalent. 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience in industrial machine vision systems. Strong knowledge of machine vision cameras, optics, lighting, and industrial automation. Experience with vision software/platforms (e.g., Cognex, Keyence, Halcon, OpenCV, etc.). Good understanding of PLCs, industrial communication protocols, and automation systems (preferred). Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and project management abilities. Preferred Attributes Ability to independently handle customer interactions and project execution. Strong documentation and reporting skills. Willingness to travel for installations and support. Proactive, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
