Job Location : Gurgaon / Work from Office Job Summary:- We are seeking a skilled and motivated Power Apps Power Automate Developer with 2+ years of experience in developing business applications and workflow automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating Canvas Apps, automating workflows, integrating systems, and supporting digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps Create and manage automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate Build responsive Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps Develop approval workflows, notifications, and process automation solutions Integrate Power Platform solutions with: SharePoint Online Microsoft Teams Outlook Excel SQL Server Third-party APIs and services Work with Dataverse for data modeling and management Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements Prepare technical documentation and user guides Ensure security, governance, and compliance standards are followed Required Skills:- Technical Skills 2+ years of hands-on experience in: Power Apps Power Automate SharePoint Online Microsoft 365 Experience in: Canvas Apps Model-Driven Apps Dataverse API integrations Good knowledge of: SQL JSON REST APIs JavaScript HTML/CSS Familiarity with connectors, approvals, and workflow automation Understanding of environment management and role-based access control Soft Skills Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Good analytical and troubleshooting abilities Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or related field Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus: PL-100 PL-200 PL-400 Experience with Azure Services or Azure DevOps is an advantage Preferred Candidate Profile Ability to understand business processes and convert them into automated solutions Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Self-motivated with a learning mindset Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
