Backend Developer (Golang)

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer (Golang) to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Go. You will build high-performance applications, work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB, implement concurrent systems using goroutines and channels, and ensure the reliability and scalability of our backend infrastructure. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of modern backend development practices. What You'll Do: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Go (Golang).Implement concurrent, efficient, and scalable solutions using goroutines, channels, and sync primitives.Design, optimize, and manage PostgreSQL and MongoDB schemas, queries, and indexes.Collaborate with frontend, product, and engineering teams to deliver reliable, high-performance features.Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues with a strong focus on performance and reliability.Write clean, modular, well-documented, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.Contribute to system architecture, code reviews, testing, and technical documentation.Monitor application health, performance, and reliability using metrics and observability tools.Participate in CI/CD processes and help improve deployment and development workflows. What We're Looking For: 23 years of hands-on experience in Go (Golang) development.Strong proficiency in concurrent programming using goroutines, channels, and sync primitives.Experience working with PostgreSQL and MongoDB, including schema design, query optimization, indexing, and database interactions.Familiarity with WebSockets and building real-time applications.Good understanding of clean architecture, modular design, and backend development best practices.Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills with experience troubleshooting production systems. Nice-to-Haves Prior experience implementing WebSocket-based systems, including client/server and hub patterns.Familiarity with agentic workflow integrations.Experience with Prometheus metrics, health checks, and application monitoring.Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, containerized microservices, and modern deployment workflows.
