Job Description: Test Automation Engineer (34 Years) Location: Pune, India Experience: 35 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Work Model Hybrid Role Overview We are looking for a skilled and passionate Test Automation Engineer with 35 years of hands-on experience in automation testing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver / Playwright and Tosca, along with experience in building scalable automation solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using:Selenium WebDriver (Java) / Playwright (TypeScript/Java)Tosca (Model-Based Automation)Build and enhance automation frameworks such as POM, Data-Driven, Hybrid, and BDD (for Selenium/Playwright-based solutions)Develop and execute Tosca test cases (model-based approach) for UI and API automationExecute automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects with root cause analysisIntegrate test suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)Perform API testing using Rest Assured, Postman, and Tosca API capabilitiesValidate backend data using SQL queriesWork collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum environmentMaintain automation code using TestNG, Maven, and GitParticipate in sprint ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvementDebug and troubleshoot issues to improve test stability and coverage Good To Have Skills Exposure to AI/ML concepts with PythonPython scripting basicsExperience with Tosca distributed execution (DEX) or CI integration Preferred Candidate Profile Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detailAbility to work independently and in a fast-paced environmentPassion for quality engineering and continuous learning Our Interview Practices To maintain a fair and genuine hiring process, we kindly ask that all candidates participate in interviews without the assistance of AI tools or external prompts.
