Technical Lead

As a Technical Lead at Wolters Kluwer - Compliance Solutions in Pune, India, your role will involve providing technical guidance and hands-on expertise for the Wiz Suite of Products. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop technical roadmaps, specify application design architecture, and lead the implementation of business solutions. Your responsibilities will include participating in design and code reviews, aligning product architecture with corporate policies, and ensuring security compliance and performance needs are met. Additionally, this role may evolve to involve development for other business initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Program Managers, Product Managers, Architects, Tech Leads, and other stakeholders to develop technical roadmaps and secure solutions. - Specify application design architecture and best practices to align with business priorities for products based on web and client-server technologies. - Lead the implementation of business solutions and collaborate with onshore teams to deliver timely quality results. - Participate in High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) reviews, code reviews, and feature closure cycles. - Work with Infrastructure, Security, and DevOps teams to align product architecture with corporate policies and procedures. - Understand and implement security compliance and performance needs. Qualifications: - BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field required. - Advanced technical degree and/or related training a plus. - 8 years of experience in software product development with progressive growth in leadership roles/responsibilities. - Proven ability to lead a team of onshore/offshore developers and collaborate within and across teams. - Strong experience with technologies such as C#, ASP.Net, MVC, Winforms, API, Azure DevOps, Git, Azure tools, JavaScript, SQL, Cloud, and Client-Server. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a willingness to articulate ideas. - Familiarity with responsive UI design, unit testing skills, object-oriented design fundamentals, and technical and process mentorship. - Experience in Agile development methodologies, SCRUM, SAFe Agile.
