Provide basic IT support to users (hardware/software issues) Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems Support network troubleshooting and connectivity issues Maintain IT assets and documentation Assist in data backup and system security processes Coordinate with vendors for IT-related services Perform other tasks assigned by the IT team
