IT Support & Network Technician Location : Corporate Office Udaipur, Rajasthan Experience : Minimum 3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Industry : Healthcare / IVF / Multi-Location Operations Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support & Network Technician to manage hardware, networking, and IT infrastructure across our corporate office and branch locations. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting abilities, hands-on experience with network devices and firewalls, and be willing to travel for installation, maintenance, and support activities. Key Responsibilities Assemble, install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and peripheral issues. Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, and access points. Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, and network security settings. Monitor network performance and ensure high availability with minimal downtime. Install and maintain CCTV systems, biometric devices, IP phones, and other network-enabled devices. Manage user accounts, email configuration, system access, and basic Active Directory administration (preferred). Perform preventive maintenance, regular system health checks, and data backup verification. Coordinate with external vendors and ISPs for internet connectivity, hardware procurement, and technical support. Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and service records. Provide remote and on-site technical support to multiple branch locations. Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices. Be available to travel to company locations for setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure projects. Required Skills Must be open to travel across India Strong knowledge of computer hardware assembly and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs. Experience configuring and managing firewalls (Fortinet, Sophos, SonicWall, Cisco, MikroTik, or equivalent). Good understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office environment. Knowledge of network security and endpoint protection solutions. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently. Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Qualifications Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA A+, Network+, Fortinet NSE, Sophos, or equivalent will be an added advantage. Preferred Candidate Profile Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT Support and Networking. Experience managing IT infrastructure for multi-location organizations is preferred. Willing to travel frequently to branch locations as per business requirements. Ability to work independently and respond quickly to technical issues. Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license will be an added advantage.
