About the role
The Role Design comes before development always. At WWS, UI/UX is the user experience, not decoration. Clear, validated design ensures usability, reduces errors, and builds trust. You own the end-to-end design process from research to testing and handoff working closely with Product, SDT, and users to ensure whats designed works effectively in reality. Responsibilities Requirement analysis Collaborating with Product Managers to understand user needs and define use cases Wireframing Creating structured layouts to define flow and interaction UI design Building high-fidelity designs aligned with WWS standards Prototyping Developing interactive prototypes for validation Usability testing Conducting user testing and refining designs based on feedback Handoff to SDT Delivering clear, complete design documentation for development Non-Negotiable Metric First-Time Design Approval Rate 85% User Satisfaction 90% Benefits Full Training UI/UX processes, research methods, and product workflows End-to-End Ownership Work across the full design lifecycle Career Growth Exposure to product and engineering collaboration Impact Visibility Your designs directly shape product usability Ownership Culture We reward accountability and precision Qualifications Bachelors degree in BCA or related field 3+ years of UI/UX design experience Strong portfolio of design projects Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch Good understanding of user-centered design, usability & accessibility Experience in wireframing, prototyping & user testing Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (plus) Strong communication & collaboration skills Up-to-date with latest UI/UX trends & best practices The Role Design comes before development always.
