SSE (Automation Test Expert)

As a SSE (Automation Test Expert) with a minimum of 10-12 years of experience, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Designing, developing, and maintaining UI, API, integration, functional, and regression automation. - Building stable frameworks and reusable test components. - Implementing automation in CI/CD pipelines. - Analyzing failures, reporting defects, and improving test reliability. - Working independently and driving automation strategy for the project. To excel in this role, you must possess the following required skills: - Strong coding skills in Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript. - Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Robot Framework, RestAssured, and Postman/Newman. - Experience with automation platforms like Katalon Studio, ACCELQ, Tricentis Tosca, Testim, UiPath Test Suite, Leapwork, Mabl, and Autify. - Experience in automating Windows desktop applications using tools like WinAppDriver, Winium, or UIA-based frameworks as needed. - Solid understanding of SDLC, test design, debugging, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps. Additionally, it would be nice to have experience in Industrial Automation technologies such as SCADA, PLC, DCS, HMI, and industrial communication protocols. Education qualifications for this role include UG degrees in BSC IT, BSC CS, MCA, BCA, or B.Tech/B.E.
