Process Mining Analyst

As a Process Mining Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in analyzing complex business processes using Celonis, the leading process intelligence platform. Your primary responsibility will be to uncover insights, identify bottlenecks, and drive operational improvements by collaborating closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and process owners. Some key responsibilities include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining process mining analyses using Celonis, which involves data extraction, transformation, and visualization. - Analyzing event logs and transactional data to identify process deviations, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities. - Creating comprehensive process models and dashboards that offer visibility into end-to-end business processes. - Collaborating with business analysts and process owners to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. - Conducting root cause analysis and developing data-driven recommendations for process improvements. - Preparing executive-level presentations and reports to effectively communicate findings and business impact to stakeholders. - Supporting process improvement initiatives with process mining insights and performance metrics. - Maintaining data governance standards to ensure the accuracy and security of sensitive process data. - Staying updated with Celonis platform updates, features, and best practices. - Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the development of process mining expertise. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. - Proven experience with process mining tools (Celonis experience is highly valued). - Strong understanding of business processes and process optimization methodologies. - Proficiency in SQL and data analysis; experience with Python or R is a plus. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical audiences.
