Site Engineer AMC (CCTV, Data Networking & Telephone Systems)

Position: Site Engineer AMC (CCTV, Data Networking & Telephone Systems) Location: Panchkula Experience: 13 Years (Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply) Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CCTV, Data Networking, and Telephone systems.Troubleshoot and resolve faults in IP cameras, NVRs, network switches, structured cabling, and EPABX/IP-PBX systems.Attend service calls and ensure timely issue resolution as per SLA.Carry out routine system health checks, firmware updates, and configuration backups.Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and client documentation.Coordinate with clients and OEM support teams for technical issues and warranty replacements.Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction during AMC visits.Requirements: Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics or a related field. Basic knowledge of CCTV, Networking, Structured Cabling, and Telephone Systems. Good troubleshooting and communication skills. Willingness to travel for site visits.
