BSc in Engineering / Technical Diploma
Proven role experience in the Oil&Gas Industry
Proven experience in the management of offshore site construction and commissioning teams

Develop commissioning record (closeout) documentation throughout the project and submit documentation over to the project manager before substantial completion.
Responsible for all on site commissioning activities as appropriate including P&ID checking (system check/walk-down/punching), mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, cold commissioning (dry/wet), hot commissioning.
Manages, directs and guides commissioning team to ensure delivery against milestones and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
Oversee and manage contractor, subcontractor and vendor activities associated with pre-commissioning and commissioning.
Lead the health, safety and environmental (HSE) issues on site and maintain overall responsibility for ensuring that the team complies with the HSE Plan
Establish progress reporting systems for all phases of the commissioning and start-up of the
facility.
Ensure the commissioning plan is in compliance with the appropriate external regulatory bodies and Wood procedures and systems.
