About the role
Assist with vibration-related field inspections/surveys and troubleshooting investigations associated with piping and tubing attached to process plant
A keen eye for detail and the ability to quickly interpret key client evidence
Prepare written reports of investigation findings and recommend methods for rectification
Maintain and develop new client relationships
Develop systems and processes for continuous improvement
Provide innovative engineering solutions within a customer focused and service-oriented framework
You will demonstrate

Experience with modelling based analysis techniques such as FEA

Familiarity with piping vibration or structural dynamics (preferred however not essential)

Familiarity with process and piping drawings such as P&IDs and isometrics
-
Exposure to digital tools/ coding / data handling (e.g using Python, SQL, Power BI Visualisations)

Some familiarity with relevant piping codes

Strong communication skills, technically curious, and able to provide a customer focused service

Ability to work within project budget, schedule, and resource constraints

Strong competency in English literacy, effective report writing skills, and computer proficient

Exposure to site work and flexibility to take on site travel to client locations throughout Australia when required
