About the role
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise and leadership capability in process engineering, combined with the ability to engage effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams. Key requirements include:
Degree‑qualified in Chemical Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s level or equivalent)
10–20 years of experience in process design engineering across Concept, Pre‑FEED, FEED and EPCM project phases
Proven experience in downstream Oil & Gas projects, high emphasis on ‘onshore LNG’ Regassification involving terminals and FSRU facilities.
Strong technical capability in process design development, including Process simulations, PFDs, P&IDs, heat and material balances, equipment sizing, hydraulics, and flare and relief systems
Hands‑on experience with industry‑standard process engineering software such as Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II, Aspen Plus, UniSim, Flarenet and Pipenet
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and motivate teams, working collaboratively within multidisciplinary EPC or consultancy environments
Strong communication, strategic thinking and decision‑making skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver results
