Mep Site Engineer

Job description - MEP Key Responsibilities: 1. MEP Project Management Plan, schedule, and manage all MEP-related tasks (design, installations, inspections, commissioning) to ensure timely completion of projects. Oversee coordination with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly. 2. Tender Management Manage the entire tendering process, including preparation of bid documents, issuance of tenders, and evaluation of proposals. 3. Cost Control & Budgeting Develop and manage project budgets related to MEP scope and tenders. Track expenditures, forecasts, and variances to ensure adherence to approved financial targets. 4. Risk Management Identify potential risks associated with MEP works and tender processes; propose mitigation measures. 5. Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and motivate a cross-functional team of engineers, supervisors, and support staff. 6. Vendor & Stakeholder Management Establish relationships with reputable suppliers, contractors, and consultants to ensure quality and cost-effective services. 7. Documentation & Reporting Maintain comprehensive records of project timelines, cost tracking, design changes, and tender documentation.
