About the role
Job title: UI/UX Designer Experience: Minimum 1year Salary:Upto 3.6LPA Location: Kolkata Responsibilities: Design and improve the user interface and experience for our digital products across Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and understand user needs and behaviors. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement cutting-edge solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Evaluate user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user experience. Maintain and enforce brand standards and design guidelines. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a UI/UX designer or in a similar role. A portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar. Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies. Experience with user research and usability testing. Solid communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in design, computer science, or relevant field is a plus.
