Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer/Pardot Experience: 6–8 Years Location: [India] Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled #Salesforce Developer with #Pardot experience with 6–8 years of experienc e to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. The role requires strong expertise in Salesforce development, integrations, and Lightning framewor k, along with experience in delivering solutions within Agile environments. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce platform usin g Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce Develop, configure, and support Salesforc e Pard ot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) solutions, including lead nurturing, email automation, landing pages, forms, and Salesforce CRM integration. Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize marketing campaigns, lead scoring, and reporting while ensuring platform best practices. Develop and maintai n Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, schedulable jobs, and REST/SOAP servic es to support business processes. Build and enhanc e Lightning-based user interfac es to improve usability and system performance. Configure Salesforce features includin g custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and Flow automations . Design and implemen t integrations with external syste ms using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware platforms where applicable. Write efficien t SOQL/SOSL queri es and ensure solutions comply with Salesforce governor limits and performance best practices. Suppor t data migration, data integration, and data quality initiativ es using tools such as Data Loader or ETL solutions. Participate i n code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooti ng of application issues across environments. Ensure solutions follo w Salesforce security standar ds, including role hierarchy, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules. Work withi n Agile development process es, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and release management. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and administrators to ensure successful solution delivery. Required Skills Strong expertise in Apex programming and Salesforce Lightning development (LWC/Aura) Experience wi th SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data modeling. Hands-on experience wi th Salesforce APIs and integration patterns. Familiarity wi th Salesforce configuration and automation tools such as Flow Builder. Experience wi th Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD deployment tools. Understanding of Salesforce security architecture and best practices. Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience w ith Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud implementations . Familiarity w ith enterprise integration platforms or middleware. Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Salesforce Administrator are preferred. Education Bachelor's degre e in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
