QA Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically strong QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manual and automation testing, a solid understanding of software development lifecycles, and the ability to work closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery. The candidate should be capable of identifying bugs, improving testing processes, and ensuring seamless user experiences across web and mobile applications. Experience: 4-7 Years Location: Bangalore (WFO) Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Understand product requirements, workflows, and technical specifications. Create and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios. Perform Manual Testing for web and mobile applications. Identify, document, track, and verify bugs using bug tracking tools. Conduct Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and UAT Testing. Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues efficiently. Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and QA review discussions. Develop and maintain automation test scripts where required. Ensure software quality standards and best QA practices are followed. Perform API testing and validate backend integrations. Maintain proper QA documentation and test reports. Continuously improve QA processes and testing efficiency Requirements: 4–7 years of hands-on experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance. Strong experience in Manual Testing and Automation Testing. Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar. Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies. Experience in API Testing and backend/database validation. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, TestRail, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of SQL and database concepts. Basic programming/scripting knowledge in Java, JavaScript, or Python. Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple testing priorities. Nice to Have: Experience working on SaaS, HRMS, or enterprise-level applications. Exposure to performance testing and security testing concepts. Experience in cloud-based environments such as AWS.
