Job Title: Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Developer (3-8 Years Experience) Location: Pune, India Employment Type: Full-Time Mode Of Working: Work From Home Experience Level: 3-8 Years Application Email: sampada.kulkarni@workmethods.com (Pune-based candidates only) Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Developer with 3-8 years of experience to join our development team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Automate and Power Apps. You will work closely with business teams to automate processes, build custom apps, and streamline workflows to enhance business operations. Key Responsibilities: Expert-level knowledge of SharePoint Online, including SharePoint Lists, Libraries, Permissions, Document Management, Custom Forms, Integration with Power Platform, and workflow automation using Power Automate. Power Apps Development: Design and build custom applications using Power Apps based on business needs. Power Automate: Develop and automate workflows using Power Automate to optimize business processes. Integration: Integrate Power Apps with various data sources (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SQL Server). Process Improvement: Collaborate with business teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement automated solutions. Testing and Troubleshooting: Test applications and workflows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless functionality. Documentation: Create detailed documentation for solutions, workflows, and application interfaces. Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for developed applications and workflows. Qualifications: Experience: 3-8 years of experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. Certifications in PL 400, PL 200, and PL 100 would add value to the application. Technical Skills: Expertise in Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, PowerShell, and Power Automate. Experience with data integration and connecting Power Apps with external data sources like SQL, SharePoint, or APIs. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure services. Basic understanding of Power BI is a plus. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with teams and stakeholders. Location Requirement: Pune-based candidates only. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
