Product Manager - SaaS Domain

Role Overview: You will be responsible for owning features end-to-end, starting from discovery and problem definition through specs, launch, and iteration. Your key role will be to build and prioritize the product roadmap based on user needs, data, and business impact. You will also be required to write clear, well-structured PRDs and specs for the engineering and design teams to work on. Collaborating with engineering and design teams on a daily basis to ensure the delivery of high-quality products will be a crucial part of your job. Furthermore, you will engage with enterprise users and stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their workflows and pain points. Key Responsibilities: - Own features end-to-end, including discovery, problem definition, specs, launch, and iteration - Build and prioritize the product roadmap based on user needs, data, and business impact - Write clear, well-structured PRDs and specs for the engineering and design teams - Collaborate day-to-day with engineering and design to ensure the shipment of high-quality products - Communicate with enterprise users and stakeholders to deeply understand their workflows and pain points - Utilize data and product analytics to drive decisions and measure outcomes - Collaborate cross-functionally across engineering, design, sales, and leadership Qualifications Required: - Strong product management background with both IIT + IIM degree - Minimum 2 years of Product Management experience in a product company (B2B SaaS preferred) - Proven track record of owning products end-to-end from problem discovery and PRD creation to launch, iteration, and impact measurement - Experience working closely with designers, engineers, testers, and other external stakeholders - Background in both IIT (undergraduate) and IIM (MBA) - Previous experience in a Product Company (B2B SaaS highly preferred) - Preferred Technical Comfort: Engineering or technical background, able to engage the engineering team on real trade-offs (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.)
