About the role
The EOR Arrangement : Workstreet is a remote-first company , meaning you will operate out of your remote home office. Please note that this opportunity is a permanent, FULL-TIME employment position through an Employer of Record (EOR) arrangement . Because Workstreet does not currently maintain a registered local corporate entity in the Philippines and India, we partner with Rippling as our designated legal EOR.
Your formal legal employment contract , regulatory benefits compliance , and local payroll processing will be handled entirely by Rippling Philippines or India .
However, your day-to-day operational execution , team collaboration , professional output , and external identity toward clients will be 100% under Workstreet alone.
