Experience : 5+years Job Location : Chennai [ Work from Office] Interview : In Person [ Chennai office] Chennai candidates are preferred Job Title: Senior Machine Learning / Deep Learning / LLM Engineer Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning / Deep Learning / LLM Engineer with 5+ years of experience in building and deploying AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Predictive Analytics, Generative AI, and LLM Fine-Tuning to develop scalable AI applications for customer analytics, forecasting, recommendation systems, and enterprise AI. Key Responsibilities Design, build, train, and optimize Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and LLM models. Develop predictive AI models such as: Customer Churn Prediction Customer Segmentation Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) Propensity to Buy Recommendation Systems Time Series & Demand Forecasting Anomaly & Fraud Detection Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) using SFT, LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT, and Hugging Face Transformers. Build RAG applications using Vector Databases and enterprise knowledge bases. Develop synthetic data generation solutions using GANs, VAEs, Diffusion Models, or LLMs. Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, deployment, and monitoring. Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and Product teams to deliver AI solutions. Required Skills 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning. Strong programming skills in Python. Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers. Experience in predictive modeling, classification, regression, clustering, recommendation systems, and time series forecasting. Hands-on experience in LLM Fine-Tuning (SFT, LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT) and RAG applications. Knowledge of synthetic data generation using GANs, VAEs, Diffusion Models, or LLM-based approaches. Experience with SQL, Pandas, NumPy, and ML model deployment. .
