Solutions Architect

As a Manhattan Active Solution Architect, your role involves ensuring the successful implementation and support of Warehouse Management IT systems, primarily the Manhattan Associates Active platform. You will be responsible for solution design, development, testing, and deployment to meet the business needs of efficient warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for MAWM implementations. - Manage the development, configuration, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of IT systems primarily Manhattan Associates Active WM platform (MAWM). - Build and optimize a Global Center of Excellence to support global solutioning, testing, configuration, and deployment support for Manhattan Active WM and associated supply chain systems. - Support MAWM integration design with other applications including SAP ERP. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of MAWM solutions. - Provide training and support for effective adoption and utilization of the solution. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and training materials. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MAWM configuration. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within MAWM solutions. - Serve as a key liaison between business and IT solutions teams to ensure the design and delivery of desired IT solutions. - Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of technology transformation projects. - Provide suggestions on how new technical capabilities will be delivered into the business. - Ensure appropriate compliance with project delivery methodologies and processes, promoting continuous improvement. - Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in MAWM. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent related experience. - 10+ years of experience in Supply chain with specialization in WMS applications. - 7+ years of directly related experience with Manhattan Active implementations and management of IT Operations. - Industry experience in pharmaceutical distribution, wholesale distribution, supply chain, and warehouse management systems. Additional Details: Preferred Certifications: - Level 1 & 2 certification in MAWM. Educational Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent related experience. Work Experience: - 8+ years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in software designing and development or systems architecture.
