Role Overview: You are sought after to join World Wide Technology (WWT) as an Infoblox Engineer. As a Network Engineering Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting Network Domain Run & Reliability activities. Your role will involve network discovery, assessment, and hygiene-focused tasks, focusing on data collection, analysis, and reporting across network infrastructure environments. It is important to note that this role does not encompass network design, deployment, or configuration activities. Key Responsibilities: - Perform network discovery and assessment activities across enterprise environments. - Gather and analyze network-related information including DNS configurations, IP address utilization, domain inventories, and infrastructure details. - Execute predefined processes and scripts to collect configuration and operational data. - Generate reports and provide insights on network assets, DNS records, Infoblox versions, internal and external domains, and related infrastructure components. - Validate and document network environment information to support operational and reliability initiatives. - Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness. - Maintain documentation and reporting standards for network hygiene and compliance activities. Qualifications Required: - Good understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching concepts. - Experience working with enterprise network environments and infrastructure documentation. - Ability to analyze and interpret network-related data and configurations. - Familiarity with tools used for network discovery, monitoring, and reporting. - Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
