As an Architectural Engineer Level II at Worley, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing architectural design projects, ensuring adherence to project objectives, budget, and schedule. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and overseeing architectural design projects from concept development through to completion, specializing in industrial plant and non-plant building design. - Developing innovative and sustainable design solutions that optimize space utilization, operational efficiency, and user experience. - Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, conducting site assessments, feasibility studies, and code reviews to inform design decisions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. - Mentoring junior architects, providing guidance on technical issues, design principles, and professional development. - Staying abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and advancements in the architectural field, and incorporating relevant innovations into project designs. - Fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence within the architectural team and across project teams. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. - Minimum of 20 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on industrial buildings and diverse project types. - Professional licensure as a Registered Architect with COA. - Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD and Revit. - Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards applicable to industrial buildings. - Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
