About the role
Job Description: As a Process Engineer Level II with Worley, you will work closely with the existing team to deliver projects for clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience. You will be responsible for the following: - Graduate Chemical Engineers with 8 - 15 years of experience in Basic Engineering / Front End Engineering Design / EPC Projects of Offshore, Onshore, LNG, Refinery and Petrochemical. - Relevant experience in Process Design & Engineering including activities such as Process Simulation, PFDs, P&IDs, Hydraulic calculations, Equipment sizing, Relief load estimation, Depressurization calculations, Instrument Process Data Sheets, etc., with hands-on experience in software such as HYSYS, PRO II, UniSim, Pipenet, Flarenet, Pipesim, OLGA, etc. - Basic knowledge of piping, electrical, mechanical, machinery, instrumentation engineering disciplines. - Capability to define technical documents set based on Project quantities and scope of work. - Capability to perform and coordinate Project engineering documents production activities and check and review design documents prepared either internally or by Vendors. - Knowledge of engineering process workflow and activity sequence, with understanding of interfaces with other disciplines. - Knowledge in Material selection. - Capability to design and coordinate P&IDs for related systems. - Knowledge of criteria, standards, and methodologies related to Process design and Equipment Sizing. - Experience in the preparation and optimization of PFDs and P&IDs. - Capabilities in managing the integration with piping and instrumentation activities. About You: To be considered for this role, it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes: - Minimum 8+ years experience in Process design offshore / Refinery projects. - Experience in multi-disciplinary projects and teams. - Developing skills in design software. - Competent use of relevant software such as MS Office Suite, Hysys, Flarenet, Promax, Aspen Plus, Pipenet, ProII, Unisim, PipeSim, OLGA. - A recognized Degree in the relevant Engineering discipline or equivalent. - A recognized Degree in the Chemical Engineering discipline or equivalent.
